Well, not much happened today as far as major events, but I did learn that a friend of mine is having some trouble at school. Her boyfriend was dismissive when she was complaining about her grades, and allegedly told her she was overreacting. She, of course, was not, just because she's concerned about graduating next year. I will have to pray for her this weekend, especially since her birthday is on Monday.
Youth group is tonight. I certainly hope there will be a better turn-out this week. I also almost got 'drafted', so to speak, for the Moovapalooza held tomorrow. I can't attend, though, since I have three major projects to hand in next week.

Patience, young padawan...
It gets more difficult at every turn. A certain girl at school made me very mad about a subject that is kind of touchy with me. Worst part is, she was right.
Basically, she said that it would be better for the school when I left, since I had no place in it: I speak too much English, and stuff like that. Well, she's probably right about the whole 'English' thing, but it was her "My way or the Highway" attitude that really got on my nerves. So, I almost blew up right there, but then Yoda flooded my mind and gave me the creeps, telling me to have patience (well, not really. I just thought it would be cool). But this whole incident got me to wondering. Am I really needed at the school? That is the question that has haunted me for years now. My stubbornness sometimes gets the better of me, which in some cases can be beneficial, but is mostly a curse. So, the question really is: what can I change concerning my attitude?
Bible study tonight. Painting murals again (woot). And, hopefully, a bit of Worship Team? Who knows (except God, of course)?

Oh, Just thought you'd like to know...
Guess what! Oh, wait. You can't.
In any case, the youth worship is looking at some major overhauls as we enter the summer season: things like, no drummer (PLEASE pray that we get one!), a new vocalist, a new pianist, no violinist, and only one gig, playing in Moncton on said Mission Trip. I was actually discussing our situation with AJ, and hinted that when we get better in the fall, we could maybe pull of Sunday Night Live (SNL). That would be pretty cool! But, as always, we have to be patient and leave it up to God. He has a plan for our Worship Team, of that I'm sure.
We also get to make murals for VBS (oh, yay. more painting.). I though that I was done with drawing in the sixth grade. I'm a musician, not an artist. Oh well. Can't win 'em all.
Please pray for a drummer!

Well, Piczo just wasn't enough. Although my Piczo site was created especially for expressing myself, this will be much better.
Interestingly enough, it doesn't seem as though I really have that much to say. Although the address of the site shows the 1Republic name, this site isn't actually dedicated to the band. I just recently got addicted to them because of my Youth Pastor, and haven't stopped liking them since. By the way, does anyone actually know whether they are born again or not?
In any case, the main reason I started this blog is to show you guys what we are doing for our mission trip this summer (oh, we are going to Moncton, in case you didn't know). I'll try to post photos as soon as possible (of myself only, of course). I'll keep you all up to date!
